Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is an issue with your service, please contact us — we will do everything reasonable to make it right.
1. Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits vary by service type and artist. The amount will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

2. Completed Services — Quality Guarantee
Due to the permanent and personal nature of tattoos and piercings, we do not offer refunds on completed services. However, we offer a 5-Day Quality Review policy:
- Contact us within 5 days of your appointment if you believe there is a technical defect in the work (not personal preference changes).
- We will assess the issue and, if a technical error is confirmed, offer a complimentary correction session.
- Corrections are not provided for dissatisfaction arising from the approved design, colour choices confirmed at session, or healing variations.
3. Touch-up Policy
One complimentary touch-up session is included for all tattoos, subject to:
- Skin fully healed (minimum 4 weeks post-session).
- Touch-up requested within 60 days of original appointment.
- Fading not caused by sun exposure, improper aftercare, or skin conditions.
Touch-ups beyond this scope are charged at the artist's standard hourly rate.
4. Product Sales
Aftercare products purchased at the studio may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 2 business days and resolve them within 10 business days.

7. Italian Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Italian consumer protection law (D.Lgs. 206/2005 — Codice del Consumo) or EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Where mandatory statutory rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.
