Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is an issue with your service, please contact us — we will do everything reasonable to make it right.

1. Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits vary by service type and artist. The amount will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Cancellation with 48–72 hours notice Deposit retained; free rescheduling available

Studio cancels appointment Full deposit refund within 5 business days

2. Completed Services — Quality Guarantee

Due to the permanent and personal nature of tattoos and piercings, we do not offer refunds on completed services. However, we offer a 5-Day Quality Review policy:

One complimentary touch-up session is included for all tattoos, subject to:

Touch-ups beyond this scope are charged at the artist's standard hourly rate.

4. Product Sales

Aftercare products purchased at the studio may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

5. How to Request a Refund or Raise a Concern

If you are an EU consumer and our response does not resolve your complaint, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform to seek mediation:
