By submitting a booking request or visiting this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Napoli Ink
Napoli Ink is a professional tattoo and piercing studio located at Via Federico Persico 8, 80141 Naples, Italy. We provide custom tattoo creation, body piercing, and related artistic services.
2. Booking and Appointments
Submitting a contact form or sending a WhatsApp message constitutes an appointment request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Napoli Ink (via WhatsApp, email, or in-person).
- A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposit amounts vary by service and will be communicated at confirmation.
- Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, except where required by Italian consumer law.
- Napoli Ink reserves the right to decline any booking request at its discretion.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 72+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit, or free rescheduling.
- 48–72 hours notice: Free rescheduling; deposit retained if appointment is cancelled.
- Less than 48 hours: Deposit forfeited. A new deposit is required for any rescheduled appointment.
- No-show: Deposit forfeited. Studio may decline future bookings.

4. Health, Safety & Eligibility
For your safety and the quality of results, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age. Minors are not accepted for tattooing or piercing under any circumstances.
- Inform us of any allergies (especially to latex, metals, inks), skin conditions, or medical treatments (blood thinners, immunosuppressants, etc.).
- Arrive well-rested, hydrated, and having eaten a proper meal before your session.
- Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of your appointment.
- Not be pregnant or breastfeeding (certain procedures are not recommended in these conditions — consult your physician).
Napoli Ink reserves the right to refuse or stop a service if any of the above conditions are not met, without refund of the deposit.
5. Aftercare Responsibility
Tattoo and piercing healing outcomes depend heavily on aftercare. We provide written aftercare instructions after every service. Following these instructions is your responsibility. Napoli Ink cannot be held liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidelines or from pre-existing medical conditions not disclosed before the session.
6. Touch-ups
Complimentary touch-ups (one session) are available for tattoos within 60 days of the original session, provided:
- The skin has fully healed (minimum 4 weeks).
- The fading is not caused by improper aftercare, sun exposure, or skin conditions.
- The touch-up request is made within 60 days of the original appointment.
7. Intellectual Property
All custom designs created by Napoli Ink artists remain the intellectual property of the artist. By commissioning a custom tattoo, you receive the right to wear the design permanently. You may not reproduce, sell, or commercially exploit the design without written permission from the studio.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes and booking enquiries. All content (text, images, layout) is the property of Napoli Ink or used under licence. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Italian law, Napoli Ink's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Naples, Italy, unless otherwise required by mandatory EU consumer protection law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
